Amy was really happy that Luke said he would keep her face, but still when both of them were in front of the elevator she jokingly said "You know, I can take care of myself... You don't need to worry about me" though she really meant the last part, she didn't want to burden Luke with anything. When they entered into the elevator she gave another glance to Luca's list "Where should we go first? Or should we explore the city while we shop?" She asked the boy.

Luke glanced at Amy for a moment before looking away, as if dismissing her words. He didn't reply in words, but, telepathically, he thought back, Amy, I don't know what I'd do if something happened to you, okay? I'm scared... I just don't want anything to happen to you, Amy! After entering the elevator, when he heard Amy's words, he leaned over the girl's shoulder to look at the list as well. "I guess we could explore as we shop. I don't really care. It's your choice." he murmured.

Amy had forgotten Luke's telepathic powers, so listening to him in her head was a bit weird, but she listened to every word he said, it made her happy that he thought like that but she didn't want to make him uneasy, she could have say what she wanted telepathically as she had done with Alex but she prefered to say it outloud plus they were alone in the elevator, she looked straight into Luke's eyes "I'm not as weak as I look, you don't have to worry so much but I can promise that I'll be careful" She put her hand over Luke's cheek "I don't know what it'll be of me if something happened to you, so please promise me that you'll be careful too" she move her hand off of him, and started thinking about his powers "...I have a doubt... everytime I think of you you'll be able to hear my thoughts or just when I want to talk to you?" She was curious on how Luke's powers worked, then she remembered the shopping list, she wondered where could they buy all the stuff, but they would be able to find the shops while they walked around the city so she wasn't worried about it.

Luke smirked. "Only when you want me to hear you." he murmured, gently wrapping one arm around the girl's waist. "I'm sure you're not too weak, but I don't want you to get hurt, Amy." As the elevator door opened, he released Amy from his embrace and calmly led her out of the elevator. "So, have you been to Rustboro before?" he asked, walking out of the hotel.

Amy slightly blushed at Luke's reply but most of all at her own question "Good to know that" but when she felt his arm around her the color of her cheeks changed to bright pink, she didn't know what to say as she was quite embarrassed. After walking outside the hotel there was still a pink shade on her cheeks "No never, I've never been outside Kalos until now... Have you been here before? If so you should be my guide here" She gave him a sweet smile.

Luke shrugged. "Well, I have been here a few times, but I've never really stayed long. My sister and I were on the run for a little bit, so we never stayed in the same place for too long. I do remember that most of the shops are this way, though..." he murmured, gently steering Amy to the left. They soon arrived at a small-looking mall and Luke rolled his eyes. "And, did Luca ask for us to buy any extra clothing?"

She didn't know what to say, she remembered Luke saying that Team Eternity was after Alex and him "That must have been hard" When they reach the mall she double checked the list "Well it says to get some camping supplies so clothes fit in that category... Do you want to check them out?"

Luke shrugged. "Team Eternity isn't as smart as it looks." he muttered. "I suppose, then, we should go look at some clothes. Let's go." Leading Amy into the mall, he stopped by a hot-pink dress in one of the stores and glanced at Amy, a small smile playing around his lips. "This would look good on you, Amy..." he murmured, gesturing towards the dress.

She looked at the dress that Luke mentioned, she wasn't sure if the color would fit her bit when she looked better she quite liked it plus it was something he chose for her "Maybe I should try it on" she didn't wait for Luke's reply and when inside the store directly to where the dress were and looked through them to find her size, once she had it she went to the fitting room and tried it on, she liked what she saw on the mirror, but still wanted to know Luke's opinion, she went out and found Luke not so far from her, she was a bit embarrassed to ask so she took advantage of Luke's powers and though 'Do you think it looks good on me?'.

Oh, Amy, you look gorgeous! Luke gave the girl a small smirk, but he was actually stunned by how good she looked in the pink dress. "I told you you'd look good in it!" he murmured. Luke had never really taken a girl shopping before, but he knew that girls liked being told that they looked good. "You should totally buy that dress, Amy!"

Amy smiled at Luke's answer "Thank you...Then I'll buy it" She said happily. She went back to the fitting room to change to her usual dress and then went to pay for the pink dress. Once she was done she asked Luke "Where should we go next?" They could probably get most of the stuff on the list on that mall, but she didn't know where to start.

Luke gulped slightly. "I've never really been around this mall much before. If you say camping supplies, though... I think this store might be able to help a bit." he murmured, pointing through a shop window towards where a large tent was being displayed. He felt himself blush. He wasn't very good with girls or shopping...

Amy smiled at Luke. With the bag with her new dress on her left hand and with her right hand she took Luke's left hand "Then let's go together to look for everything" She guided him to the store he had pointed "Let's see... A compass, a flashlight, sleeping bags, and some stuff for cooking, let's go" It was obvious that she was happy to be shopping with him.

Luke grinned. His cheeks were slightly pink as he looked at all the camping supplies. "Here are a few sleeping bags..." he muttered, starting to blush fiercely. The smile slid off his face as he realized what Luca had sent them on: a date. He didn't want to develop any more romantic feelings for Amy... Hoping that the girl hadn't seen his change in mood, Luke tried to smile.

Amy was oblivious to the situation, she was focused on enjoying the day and she hadn't realized that everything seemed like a date, after all this would be her first date. She looked at the sleeping bags Luke was talking about "I guess these will do" She smiled at him and then put four bags in the shopping cart. It didn't take them long to find all the camping items on the list, and when Amy was looking through some racks she found a bracelet that she thought it would fit Luke perfectly, it was a black leather bracelet with some simple silver decorations, without asking him she took it and bought it. When they were outside the store after paying for everything she called Luke, her was a bit embarrassed as this was the first gift she ever gave to someone outside her family "Ummm... Luke I wanted to give you this" she handed him the bracelet "I thought it would fit you, but if you don't like you don't need to wear it!" she rushed to say, she was more embarrassed that she thought she'd be so it was impossible for her to meet his eyes, what if he didn't like the bracelet? Maybe she shouldn't have bought it in the first place.

Luke's eyes widened. "I... I... you shouldn't have, Amy! I... I love it, but you shouldn't have used your own money to buy that for me!" he exclaimed, embarrassed. A nervous smile broke out on his face. "It's... it's... wonderful, Amy." he murmured, quickly putting it on his left wrist. He honestly didn't know what to say. He had never been given a gift like this before... especially from a girl he had just met a few days ago. "Thank you so much, Amy. It's beautiful..." he told the girl, giving her a hug.

Amy hugged him back, she was really happy that he liked the bracelet, she wanted to be in his embrace but they were just friends and for now that was enough for her, she didn't want to give him any troubles so when she separated from him she tried to fake that she wasn't embarrassed "Do you want to grab something to eat before continuing shopping?" she smiled at him, she was starting to get a bit hungry, after all they haven't eaten anything since their flight.

Luke smiled. He was getting hungry, too. "Alright then!" he exclaimed, enthusiastically, as he scanned a map of the mall. "I think there's supposedly a food court this way..." he muttered in concentration, as he began walking quickly to the right. Soon enough, he realized that he could just follow his nose. "C'mon, Amy! Hurry up!" he called impatiently. He was almost drooling.

It was fun to watch Luke rushing like that 'He must be hungry too' she thought. She actually had to run to catch up with him and when they reached the food court the mixture of delicious smells was mouthwatering, and that only make Amy even hungrier, she looked around her surroundings just to see a lot of stores and restaurants, she wasn't sure where they should go but more importantly, what Luke wanted to eat, she wasn't picky about food so she would be ok with anything. She looked at Luke "Have you decided what you want to eat?"
