Luke just shrugged. "Whatever you say!" he exclaimed with a smile. He had always been indecisive whenever it came to food and with all of the delicious scents wafting around, he really didn't know which restaurant to pick. "It really doesn't matter much to me!"

Amy chuckled but she was the same at Luke everything seemed so delicious that she couldn't decide but then she saw a small Pizza Restaurant, the smell from the pizzas looked delicious and the smell coming from the restaurant was mouthwatering, without a second thought she grabbed Luke's hand "Let's go there" she pointed to the restaurant and started walking towards it. With all the excitement of the day she started feeling self conscious, as if all the people were staring at her even if they weren't and with all that she became quiet and more reserved than she was just five seconds ago.

People were staring at Amy and Luke felt as if he knew why: her blood-red eyes. He had been staring at them uncomfortably in the beginning, too. It's fine, Amy. I won't let anyone hurt you... he thought towards the girl, glaring at the people who were staring at her. Then, smiling as if nothing had happened, he asked Amy, "So, what do you want to get?"

Even after listening to Luke she was still anxious, being around so many people always make her feel that way. In her head she simply said 'Thank you' to Luke, having him by her side made her feel safe and for the first time she didn't want to escape. She smiled at Luke, reassuring him that she was fine "I'll have a slice of cheese pizza, and you?"

Luke smiled gently at Amy. With a light smirk, he grinned. "I guess I'll take a slice of cheese pizza as well, then." he replied. "And, I'll pay this time."

Amy pouted "But..." she wanted to pay for her share but she didn't want to argue with Luke either "Fine, but I'll pay our next meal" she smiled at him. It was the first time she felt so comfortable around someone and she was happy about that.

Luke smiled, walking up to the counter. "Could we have two slices of cheese pizza, please?" he asked politely. The lady behind the counter glanced from Luke to Amy, slightly nervous about Amy's red eyes. Finally, she sighed.
"O-of course! That'll b-be three Pokédollars." she stammered. Luke handed her the money and the woman hurried away. She returned with two slices of cheese pizza. "Enjoy your meal!"
Luke led Amy away towards a table. Obviously, this "pizza restaurant" was more of a Pizza Hut-like place. He hadn't really liked how the people had been staring at Amy, though. "So... have people always looked at you like that?" he asked, acting a little bit too on the defensive.

She noticed the reaction of the lady behind the counter and once again she returned to her shy self and it was impossible to look at anyone in the eye, she just kept looking at the ground, she couldn't even look at Luke in the eye. She followed him quietly, she was too anxious... Too scared to say anything.
Once they were sitting she managed to say an almost inaudible "Thank you" and after hearing Luke's question she doubted, she wasn't sure what to say... How should she answer that without looking like a pitiful girl? She kept staring at the table, and when she finally found the words in her head she spoke "Sometimes they prefer to ignore me... Sometimes they just keep staring... Occasionally they say rude words, and rarely they do harsher things" She shudder at her own memories "I'm used to that Luke, please don't let it bother you" she said trying to make it sound as if everything didn't bother her but she still couldn't meet his eyes, she was scared that she may cry in front of him again.

"Amy..." Luke began, but his voice faltered and died away. He tried again, but this time, a fierce intensity burned in his eyes. "Amy. Look at me." he ordered, "You might not be bothered by this at all or maybe you don't care about any of this, but, right now, you're with me... and I care about this. I will not have anyone taunt, ridicule, embarrass, or bother someone who is with me. Maybe you are okay with this, but I am not okay with it." He continued in a more tender tone. "Sorry for that outburst, Amy. I just really do hate it when people do things like this..." he murmured. Then, gesturing to the pizza, he grinned, "Eat your pizza!"

OOC: Mari, sorry for taking so long to reply... I was too busy yesterday and today ;-;
Amy was startled, for a moment she thought that Luke was mad at her but she quickly realized that he was worried about her... That he cared for her and that made her immensely happy. She followed his order and finally her eyes met his, she was a bit hesitant as she was a bit embarrassed and anxious at the same time but looking at him made all her worries disappear. She smiled at him "Thank you Luke" And she truly meant it, it was the first time someone treated her like that. She took the pizza and gave it a small bite, it was really good, after swallowing that bite she exclaimed "It's delicious!"

Seeing Luke's smile always made her happy, she finished her slice of pizza and waited for Luke to do the same "Where should we go next? We are almost done with Luca's list"

"Hmm... let's see." Luke murmured. Looking over Luca's list, it was true that they had already gotten nearly everything on it. "I don't really know. We could just look around." he mumbled, shoving the rest of his pizza into his mouth. "Tell me, where do you want to go?"

She started thinking, there wasn't anywhere in particular where she wanted to go but suddenly a light pink shade appeared on her cheeks "Maybe... after we are done shopping we could go for a walk..." She wanted to spend as much time as possible with Luke but she didn't want to force anything, plus she didn't take into considerations all the bags they would be carrying. "But we don't have to, you must be tired already" She rushed to say.

"Of course." Luke murmured, smiling softly. "I'm not tired at all. As a matter of fact, I'd love to go for a walk... with you, of course." A shy smile was on his face, but it was soon replaced by a smile that was more teasing... more... more daring. "That is... if you would like to, Amy."

Amy chuckled, she really loved that daring... challenging smile on Luke's face "Of course I'd like to!" she smiled at him, her usual sweet smile "Seems like I chose our plan, so now you will have to choose our destination" She still wasn't familiar with the city and she had no idea where to go, she just new that she wanted to be with the boy.

"Hmmm..." Luke murmured, tilting his head back, as if concentrating deeply. Finally, he nodded. "Well, we could look around Route 104. I heard that the ocean looks beautiful over there." he explained, "But Luca and Rayna might get a bit worried about us."

When he mentioned the ocean she really wanted to go there, the sea at Shalour City was gorgeous and she wanted to know how the sea looked in Hoenn but when she heard about Luca and Rayna her face reflected a bit of disappointment, it was true that they would worry about them and for a second she thought that going back to the hotel would be the best but then she remembered Luke's powers and with a bright smile on her face she said "You can let them know that we are going to be a bit late, right?" She really wanted to explore Route 104 with Luke, and with a 'puppy eyes' look she added "Even if it's just for a bit, can we go there?"

Luke smiled at Amy's "puppy eyes." "Oh, alright. I suppose..." he murmured, closing his eyes in concentration. Rayna, Luca, we might be a bit late getting back. Amy and I are going to go take a walk by the sea, if that's alright. Without waiting for a reply from the two older teens, Luke got to his feet, throwing his empty plastic plate into a nearby trash can. He gave Amy a tiny glance, before leaning back against the wall. "Whenever you're ready, Amy."

"Thank you" She said smiling, Amy was happy that Luke didn't decided to go back to the Hotel. She watched as the boy went to threw the trash in the bin and when he called her she rushed to do the same "I'm ready" she said, the excitement was obvious in her tone. "Let's go now" she started walking though she had no idea if she was going in the right direction.
