Hi! So, since a lot of new members are asking for catchups, I thought I'd just throw in some catchups here. This is quite a work-in-progress, but bear with me, okay? Moony, Ellie, Nexus, could you please just not touch this thread? Thanks!
Group I
Rayna, Luca, and Luke met each other at Niy Cave when the Communicators received the dream from Lady Aurora. When they were told to get into groups of three to five, Rayna and Luca, who clearly were developing "crushes" on each other, chose to stick together and they let Luke tag along. As the trio headed to Rustboro City in Hoenn, Rayna and Luca's relationship just seemed to grow and grow. They arrived in Hoenn, full of excitement, but when Rayna and Luke woke the next morning, Luca had vanished, clearly having left of his own accord. Rayna was devastated, but the two kept moving towards Slateport City. On the way, Michael, the hot-headed Reshiram Communicator, joined the group and they finally heard from Luca, via Luke's telepathy. Apparently, Luca was at Mt. Chimney. Luca warned Rayna, Luke, and Michael not to go searching for him, but the trio refused to listen to him and headed straight for Mt. Chimney the next morning, despite what Luca had said. There, they met Ariadne, a Team Eternity Executive, who stuck to the group and refused to leave. Ariadne and Luke quickly began building up a relationship, too, though Ariadne and Rayna seemed to hate each other for some reason. The next morning, Luke managed to befriend a Helioptile outside the cabin. Ariadne and Rayna, through a fight, discovered that they were half-sisters and that information only seemed to add to their dislike of each other. After Rayna rushed outside to be comforted by Luca and Michael, Luke began to comfort Ariadne and the two decided to make breakfast for the group.
Group II
Axel and Ivy met each other at the Valora Airport when they were heading to Niy Cave and they met Noah soon afterwards at Niy Cave. Noah instantly began developing a crush on Ivy, which soon blossomed into full-on love. Unfortunately, Axel seemed to be developing feelings for Ivy as well, creating a love triangle. When the group of three flew to the Valora Airport once more to begin the journey, Noah freaked out at the sight of his father's ghost, realizing that his father was dead and he fled to the Spectra border. A Team Eternity Grunt took this opportunity to grab Axel's Dark Stone, as well as threaten Ivy's life. Axel and Ivy manage to defeat the Grunt and head to Spectra, where they comforted Noah and immediately headed for a safe house operated by some of Ivy's friends. That night, Axel and Ivy kissed. The next day, the group headed to Nixtorm, where they were attacked by a Team Eternity Elite, Alwan. Afterwards, they investigated the Icy Peak. Finding a feather of Articuno's, as well as the childish Apollo, the Rayquaza Communicator, they headed back to the safe house where they were staying. However, Alexei, the owner of the house, as well as one of Ivy's long-term friends, threatens Noah and Axel, telling them that he has feelings for Ivy and that he is the one and only person that Ivy loves. Once Ivy heard about this, the group quickly left Nixtorm, heading towards Valora, where they explored the Shrine of Resolve, unfortunately not finding anything.
Group III
Maya, Isabel, Landon, Karl, and Henry all met each other at Niy Cave. They quickly banded together as a group and headed off towards Fiore, specifically Wintown and the Fiore Temple. When they found nothing, Landon, the ever-serious group leader, quickly changed his plans to head towards Summerland to check out the Jungle Relic.
Group IV
Alex and Aidan met at Niy Cave and formed a group, despite Lady Aurora's saying that each group needed three to four members. They spent a day in Lumiose City, just having fun, and they quickly developed a relationship. The next day, Aidan befriended a Litleo, Aslan, before the two headed off towards Pokémon Village in search for clues. There, Alex met and befriended a Cubchoo, Yuki, and the group spent the day fooling around and playing with the Pokémon. As night fell, Alex and Aidan decided to search for the Unknown Dungeon, a rumored cave that was said to have relations to a Legendary Pokémon. As they searched for the cave, they met Keren, the gentle Phione Communicator. Once inside the Unknown Dungeon, Alex, Aidan, and Keren discovered Mewtwo's two Mega Stones, the Mewtwonite X and the Mewtwonite Y. The trio slept in the cave and upon waking up the next morning, Alex was surprised to hear a sneeze from outside the cave. When she went to investigate, she met Kane, the shy Manaphy Communicator, and quickly welcomed him into the group.
Group V
Fran, Virginia, and Arashi met each other at Niy Cave and formed a group, heading off to Almia. The trio's first destination was Pueltown and they wasted no time in exploring the nearby Almia Park and Almia Tower, two suspicious points of interest. Virginia suggested that they split up, leaving Arashi and Fran to search Almia Park, while Virginia headed to Almia Tower. There, Virginia found Nanashi, a Team Eternity Admin, and someone she had already spoken to twice. Virginia was shocked when Nanashi found the DNA Splicers and became Kyurem's Communicator and she quickly took Nanashi back to meet the rest of her group. Meanwhile, Fran and Arashi had found a few Gracidea Flowers, but Virginia realized, once she found the two again, that Gracidea Flowers could normally only bloom when Shaymin had visited recently. At this time, they encountered Xevn, the Jirachi Communicator, and Raven, the Ho-oh Communicator. Virginia, never to trust someone easily, instantly distrusted the two. Raven rudely insulted the Keldeo Communicator, who decided to leave the group with Nanashi. After the two left, Fran, Arashi, Xevn, and Raven decided to head to Boyleland the next day. At the Ranger Station, Arashi met Derek, the Darkrai Communicator, and invited him into the group. Xevn and Fran, who had a growing relationship between themselves, also kissed.
Group VI
Both Day and Ari were unable to make it to Niy Cave, but they met in Goldenrod City and formed a group. The next morning, they met Kevin, the Kyogre Communicator, and headed towards Ecruteak City. There, they tried to investigate the Burned Tower, but they ran into a huge group of Team Eternity scientists and had to flee. Not long afterwards, Day met Crystal, the Articuno Communicator, who joined the group. The next morning, when Crystal's face was broadcasted on television as a wanted criminal, Day decided to distract the Team Eternity grunts who were swarming the city in hopes of getting the others out. In the chaos, Rozlynn, the Azelf Communicator, joined the group. After the battle, Ari and Day temporarily left the group and Day began to explain his powers to the Meloetta Communicator. They were soon attacked by Konoe, a Team Eternity Elite, but also one of Day's childhood friends. Meanwhile, Nora, the Celebi Communicator joined Kevin, Crystal, and Rozlynn. Konoe and Day quickly discovered each other's identities, with the help of Ari, and Day, not wanting to cause conflict within the group at the idea of traveling with a Team Eternity Elite, decided that he, Ari, and Konoe would leave the group.
