Personality: Derek is a quiet, thoughtful guy. He dosent speak unless spoken to, and likes to smoke (unfortunately). Due to his preferred loneliness, he dosent make very many friends. He’d rather sit in a corner and read a book than actually talk to people. All he really wants is love, however.

~ 1. Shadow Control (Like the name implies, he can control the shadows and fire Shadow Balls.)
~ 2. Nightmare (He has the power to inflict nightmares on people and pokémon, but only at night.)
Backstory:
Hometown: Chroma Highlands
Brief Bio: Derek lives with his grandmother in a cabin on the Chroma Highlands, because his parents, scientists studying the Dark Shards in the Chroma Ruins, were recruited by a strange man in black to continue their research, but on a larger scale in an organization they joined was called "Dim Sun". After Team Dim Sun's downfall, all the higher up scientists were given life sentences, except for Isaac. Because of this, he went into an emotional breakdown and started tosmoke marijuana, so he could drown out his sorrow, however, its interfering with his health. He also has an older sister, Mariel, who is a Pokemon Ranger, and he attends school in Puel Town.
