Personality: Arashi is very reserved around strangers, but she usually opens up after she gets to know someone better. She isn’t a very talkative person, but when she talks, it’s worth listening to her. Her quietness also makes her a great secret keeper. Arashi is also a fairly nurturing person, and she absolutely loves kids of all ages, and they seem to love her back. She doesn’t really like people who are arrogant or cocky, mostly because it disrupts her thinking and just flat out annoys her. She is a very intelligent woman, and usually is a good judge of character when she meets people. She is very sweet once you get to know her, and she cares about people who are dear to her. She’s a little bit bossy at times, but she only does that because she cares!
Weapon: A small, silver dagger that is a family heirloom.

Powers:
~Arashi can charge herself with electricity that will stun anyone that touches her. She can do this for 1 and a half minutes, and needs at least a 2-hour resting period between uses.
~She also has abilities that assist her with running. She can reach speeds of up to 33 miles an hour, but this only lasts for bursts of 10-25 seconds, depending on how fast she tries to go. She can only do this once every 2 hours.
Backstory:
Hometown: Sunyshore City, Sinnoh
Brief Bio: Arashi had a fairly plain childhood; she was an adopted child. Her parents raised her as her own, and she felt very lucky for that, and never felt unloved or out of place. When she was 18, almost 19, she moved out and got her own place with her fiancé. She had a happy relationship going with him, and was already prepared to begin a family. But her and her fiancé struggled with this, and she soon discovered that she couldn’t have kids of her own. This crushed them both, and ultimately led to the ending of the relationship. These losses are what gave Arashi her cold and reserved exterior, but the happy and caring girl is still there. Despite not being able to have her own kids, she isn’t jealous of those who can. She still helps out with kids when she can, and she hopes to some day adopt, but for now she’s focusing on herself.
