Personality: Rayna is quick witted and has an attitude, but she isn't a mean girl. She usually prefers to be center of attention, because she thinks it helps people to see her trying to be a good example. She doesn't do this in a snobby way though, it's just her way of trying to help. She's very protective of those she cares about and will do anything she has to in order to keep them safe; however, she only fights when she has no other choice. She was bullied a lot when she was younger, so she doesn't tolerate people being mean or rude to others very well. She is very confident in herself and doesn't often question her sense of right and wrong. She also has a good sense of humor and knows how to laugh at herself.
Weapon: An icy blue whip
Powers:
~Aurora: She can summon aurora lights during the night that are bright enough to blind any attackers or unwanted guests. However, her control of them isn't absolute, so allies are warned to keep their eyes to the ground!
~Minor Weather Control: Working with Suicune has given Rayna the ability to control the North Winds, which allow her to summon rain and snow storms, as well as regular wind storms. The storms only last a few minutes at a time, but can get pretty powerful if Rayna demands it. (The more powerful, the less time they last.)
Backstory:
Hometown: Saffron City, Kanto
Brief Bio: Rayna used to be a serious party girl in Saffron City, but she eventually came out of her rebellious phase after seeing her friends fall apart around her. The night her best friend, Mason, got arrested was the night she decided to clean her life up. She moved out the house her friends and her were sharing, cut off nearly all of her old friends, and decided to start fresh in a new city. She hopes to be able to help others avoid going down the path that her and her friends had taken.
