Resolute

*Olivine City*
Nick stretched as he walked out of the inn. He had slept like a rock, after running away from the Team Eternity forces stationed a few towns east, in Goldenrod City.
"Wow!" He exclaimed, as he watched the sun rise over the ocean. "It's so...pretty. If only something like that would happen every morning."
Suddenly, Nick began to notice other people coming out of their homes, to watch the sunrise, just as he was. Looking at their awed and joyous expressions made him smile, and reminded Nick of his greatest desire...

A world without Team Eternity. A world without oppression. A world where everyone could be happy, all the time, without taking advantage of one another. It would be perfect, a tearless utopia. With everyone smiling and content, there would be a lesser need for jails and police forces, since all the soon-to-be criminals would be already happy with their lives. Even if they weren't, it probably wouldn't be too hard to find a reason to be. It would be a world like this where Nick could shine. The length of chain in his pocket gave him the ability to sense and alter people's emotions, so he could go around the world, city to city, helping people find something to be happy about, and give them that extra reinforcement, if necessary. Life would be perfect, just how the Legendaries intended it to be.

Nick smiled, leaning against a wall, watching the sunrise. "Maybe someday, after all of this is over, after I get a little older, I can bring that world into existence. But first..." Nick began to walk off towards the Lighthouse Airport. "...I'd better keep runnning."
