A cold night breeze drifted through Ambrette Town park, the waves buffeted the rocky cliffside, causing sea-spray to eat away at it. Jeziah Cygnus sat quietly on the edge of the cliffside, staring off yearningly into the ocean. "Somewhere... somewhere out there is my true calling... My destiny. I've searched for so long yet it taunts me from afar. Can fate itself be so cruel as to let me wander aimlessly till I drop dead on the floor?" Jeziah lamented, weeping there on the cliff, his tears rolling from his cheeks and into the ocean below. He then lay back from the edge, and looked up at the black night above him, where the stars ruled their domain. Jeziah was near to closing his eyes, when he noticed what looked like a shooting star dancing across the sky, and it was then that he realised it was getting larger, and larger, and larger to the point where it became almost blinding for a moment. The impact of the small meteor rocked the ground, and it startled Jeziah from his sleeping position. He walked over to the impacted earth, where a small glowing meteorite lay still in the ground. He slowly bent down and took it from it's place, and upon doing so it glowed with a dull blue light. He felt it's warmth shoot through his body, and a small voice had resounded through his head. "You are not alone" it said. It was then that Jeziah had felt purpose for once in his life, a reason to be in this dark and dangerous world. He then replied to voice "And neither are you".
